Giving back

Apex for Youth gave me something no scholarship line can capture: the feeling that I belong in any room I walk into, even if it’s a gala with Olympic gold medalists and Goldman Sachs Managing Directors. That kind of confidence is a gift someone else paid for, and I intend to return it with interest. When Ignius becomes a centicorn, a real portion of that is going back to Apex, so the next kid from Brooklyn walks into their first gala already knowing they belong there.
